1. Services Provided
Edgewise Estimation Inc. provides construction cost estimating, quantity takeoffs, material takeoffs, BIM modeling, CAD drafting, Revit modeling, shop drawings, and related preconstruction services. All services are performed based on the information and project documents provided by the client.
2. Use of Website
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not violate any local, national, or international law.
You must not:
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute website content without permission.
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or harm the website or its servers.

Our estimates are guidelines and not final pricing, so we do not provide any additional insurance or guarantee of any finances. For pricing we use RSMеans, but the costs may differ. We are always available at your service to answer any queries or concerns, make adjustments, and work together to finalize your pricing
5. Payment Terms and Refund Policy
At Edgewise Estimation Inc., we keep our payment process simple and transparent.
For most projects, our standard payment terms are:
- 50% upfront to begin work.
- 50% upon completion, before the final estimate and deliverables are released.
For smaller projects or projects with a short turnaround time, we may request full payment in advance before work begins.
After reviewing your project drawings and requirements, we will provide a detailed quotation, an invoice, and the estimated delivery date.
To keep your payment information secure, we accept online payments through Stripe, allowing you to pay using a debit card, credit card, or other payment methods supported by Stripe.
All estimating, quantity takeoff, BIM, and drafting services are prepared specifically for your project. Therefore, payments are nonrefundable once the completed estimate or deliverables have been delivered.
While we make every effort to deliver your estimate within the agreed turnaround time, Edgewise Estimation Inc. is not responsible for missed bid deadlines caused by incomplete project information, delayed client responses, changes to the project scope, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
6. Limitation of Liability
Edgewise Estimation shall not be held responsible for the following:
- Any losses, damages, or costs arising from reliance on our estimates.
- Errors or omissions in client-provided information.
- Delays or interruptions due to technical issues or external factors beyond our control.
Our liability, in any case, shall not exceed the total amount paid for our services.
